… Activities include nightlife meet ups for drinks and dancing, dinners at private homes and restaurants, movies, snow skiing/tubing at my condo in Breckenridge, skydiving trips, mountain biking in Keystone, hikes, travel (Mexico and South Beach, FL are in the works), concerts, water sport trips for skiing and wake boarding, game night, VEGAS getaway, camping/ATV adventure, wine tasting events, and just about anything fun you can think of. :) Come join us, it's going to be a great time!

Helping skiers and riders decrease risk of injury and take their performance to the next level through sport specific exercises.
