We've grown tremendouly in the last four and a half years. We started the club specializing in short, scenic, recreational rides around South Florida. Now we sponsor our own Century ride monthly for A, B and C riders. We have early morning training road rides, night "urbans", beach cruises and technical mountain biking. We offer beginner rides for those wanting to work their way up.  Our teams have participated in the MS150, Tour de Cure and Tour de Broward. This is for all whose body and mind crave that feeling of satisfaction that you can only get from competitive sports. Nothing crazy, just good ol' fun to get the heart pumping and keep the knees from rusting. Flag football, basketball, racquetball, softball, kayaking and paintball are my choice sports, but we can open it up to mountain biking, golf, tennis or whatever else you might suggest.
